Boilerhouse Audit

Similar to the risk assessment approach, we will review the boilerhouse from inputs to outputs, (including maintenance, operations and management) to provide a full report identifying areas for improvement and compliance.

Training

We can offer standard Steam and Boiler awareness courses for your existing or new operators. Technical and advanced courses can be offered through our network of partner organisations, either on or off-site.

Competency checks

Following on from training, we can audit operators & responsible persons to ensure that they are competent in the duties that they perform. This process is ideal for identifying further training needs for personnel or weaknesses in current systems.

THERMAL IMAGING

With state-of-the-art photographic technology we can undertake thermal imaging to determine energy losses in your system. Unlike most thermal imaging cameras we use a system to create a hybrid image of the asset with heat losses clearly visble.
